Our “Remodeling / Additions” service section includes many services available from Collins Construction, including but not limited to:
kitchen remodeling
bathroom remodeling
basement “finishing”
sunroom
room addition to existing house
deck or porch addition
window replacement
CAD drawings will be produced by us from the Chief Architect program for many of these projects. These drawings are approved by the owner before construction begins. We will secure any necessary permits and coordinate any required inspections.
We custom make the cainets in our shop based on the owners specifications. Cabinets and any woodwork needed to complete these projects may be painted or stained by us or the owner. Plumbing or electrical items are completed by us. Painting, HVAC, flooring (except laminate flooring which we do), plastering (small jobs we will do), excavating, masonry, and roofing are subcontracted.
We work very closely with the owners to make sure they are completely satisfied with the results.
