We here at Collins Construction would like the opportunity to discuss building your new home. We will work with you from the beginning to the end, making sure that you are satisfied with your new home.
In the beginning, we will have meetings to discuss wants, needs, plans, etc. We use Chief Architect to produce plans/drawings of your new home. Once the plans are to your specifications, we will begin the actual work. We will secure all necessary permits and coordinate the required inspections. All cabinets will be custom-made in our shop with painting/staining completed either by us or the owner. We use subcontractors for excavation, HVAC, masonry, painting, roofing, and well-drilling. Most flooring and plaster/veneer/drywell jobs are also subcontracted. Landscaping may be completed by the owner or our subcontractor.
